Implementation Grant Program Outcomes and Successes

The coalition Implementation Grants Program was created in 2010 to help local organizations in the region participate in the federal Great Lakes restoration efforts and gain access to funding opportunities under the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. This report examines some of the medium-term measures that the program has produced over several years, including restoration metrics, new efforts, and subsequent Great Lakes Restoration Initiative grants awarded to program grantees.
