On behalf of the Healing Our Waters-Great Lakes Coalition, I write today to express our concerns with EPA’s decision to de-fund the Bi-national Forums in Lake Superior and Erie and the Lake Michigan Forum and to halt funding directed toward developing Bi-national Forums in Lakes Ontario and Huron.
