On behalf of our over 115 member organizations, the Healing Our Waters-Great Lakes (HOW) Coalition would like to thank the federal agencies responsible for the implementation of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) for your exhaustive work to build a strong, healthy program that is steadily producing results across the Great Lakes region.
